Summary:
Responsible for Global Tubing’s steel coiled linepipe sales order and project execution process, quote to cash by working with external and internal stakeholders to generate quote, process sales orders, work with manufacturing and service to manage saleable inventory, schedule shipments and assist field operations with deployment scheduling. Assists with invoicing and other accounting related functions for product line. Must be quality focused, problem solver, documentation skills, excellent communication skills, able to resolve conflict and analyze information. Must be a good multi-tasker.


Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Leads efforts for Coiled Linepipe product line project coordination and execution post-sale alongside Operations team.
  • Works with internal stakeholders to plan production and shipments of customer orders as needed
  • Answering customers’ questions about products, prices, availability, product uses and credit terms.
  • Maintaining customer records for sales orders and projects
  • Process sales from Customer portals.
  • Preparing sales quotations for steel coiled linepipe products and services as required
  • Process purchase orders obtained for sales order processing as required.
  • Support sales efforts of outside sales team and channel sales partners as required.
  • Assists in small to large scale project execution, including commercial reviews, technical reviews, RFQ responses, documentation control, monitoring production and scheduling for product manufacturing.
  • Participate in company sponsored clients' events such as trainings, Customer meetings (on and off site), webinars etc. Assisting with marketing and business development activities as required
  • Various sales activities linked to revenue generation and marketing campaigns.
  • Other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Skills/Knowledge

  • Working knowledge of sales techniques involving technical, consultative solutions for the oil & gas industry
  • Familiar with order entry software and processes.
  • Familiar with CRM software and sales cycle process, Microsoft Dynamics preferred.


Education

  • High School Diploma
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred


Experience

  • 3-5 years of project or sales coordination experience
  • Working knowledge of sales process techniques
  • Working knowledge of project management principles
  • Oil & Gas industry background preferred.
  • Knowledge of working with line pipe preferred.
