Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivables Specialist:
- Engage in clear and effective communication with clients to address overdue balances, arrange payments, and resolve billing queries.
- Create and execute efficient collection strategies to reduce outstanding receivables and enhance cash flow.
- Evaluate and examine client accounts to determine the most suitable resolution approach.
- Negotiate payment schedules and settlements with clients, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with legal professionals to escalate collection issues when required.
- Stay updated on pertinent laws and regulations governing collections.
- Maintain strict adherence to legal and ethical principles in all collection procedures.
Qualifications of the Accounts Receivables Specialist:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
- Prior experience in collections or accounts receivable is essential.
- Proficient negotiation and communication capabilities are necessary.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
- Understanding of legal and ethical aspects of collections is important.
- Familiarity with pertinent software and tools for collections management is advantageous.
Salary:
$22 - $30 per hour
