Job Description

```Role

As an Assembly Supervisor (also known as Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor), you'll oversee the assembly process, ensure product quality, manage equipment, and collaborate with team members to meet production goals. You'll also be responsible for scheduling, maintaining a clean workspace, and testing finished products for defects. This role requires good mechanical aptitude and the ability to work in multiple areas based on customer needs.
