Sedona Staffing in Killeen Texas is hiring for a commercial custodian for a Killeen area business.

Hours of Work: M-F 7am-3:30pm

Job Description/Responsibilities/Essential Functions
  • Keep common areas in clean and orderly condition.
  • Remove trash and empty into commercial dumpster.
  • Notify maintenance staff of needed building maintenance repairs
  • Service, clean, or supply restrooms.
  • Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
  • Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
  • Follow proper safety procedures
This position requires repetitive lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, squatting, stooping, and kneeling for long hours. This position requires repetitive use of hands, arms and wrists. Must pass a criminal background and drug screen.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • A minimum of 3 months previous experience needed.
  • Prefer candidate with strong attention to detail, dependability and the ability to work well with others.
