Foundry Workers
Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a prominent plastics manufacturer in the Rochester, IN area, is seeking Finish Utility and Quality Inspectors to join their team! Offering a wide range of perks such as full benefits, 401K, and profit sharing!
Foundry Work Job Summary:
- Pay: $ 17.00-18.15an hour
- Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 4am-2:30pm
- 2nd Shift: 1pm-1:30pm
- 3rd Shift: 9pm-6:30pm
- Operate various forms of production equipment
- Perform basic quality checks on finished product
- Meet production goals
- Adhere to proper production processes
- Follow all safety and machine safety guidelines
Foundry Work/ Quality Inspectors Qualifications:
- Develop a working knowledge of all production jobs within the department.
- Ability and knowledge to use a computer.
- Ability to work in a high heat environment which includes molten metal.
- Ability to understand and follow all safety procedures and requirements.
- Ability to operate and use jackhammer.
- Ability to work around refractory.
- Ability to lift up to 30-40 lbs frequently; occasionally up to 50 lbs or greater.
- Ability to work weekends; frequent Saturday work.
- Must have High School diploma or equivalent (For Quality Inspector)
