Join our team at Advanced Pediatric Care as a Pediatric Home Health Nurse LVN / RN, working with pediatric patients in the comfort of their own homes during nighttime hours. At Advanced Pediatric Care, we are committed to providing high-quality healthcare services to children and their families. Opening is 8:00p-8:00a weekends

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals -
• Monitoring patients' health conditions during night shifts and reporting any changes or concerns to the medical team -
• Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and feeding during nighttime hours -
• Providing emotional support to patients and their families during the night shifts -
• Conducting patient assessments and following care plans for the night shifts -
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care during nighttime hours -
• Educating patients and their families on treatment plans and health management

Requirements

• Current LVN / RN license in Texas
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of pediatric medical equipment and procedures
• CPR certification
• Availability to work night shifts
