As a Office Assistant, you will be working in the office and out in the warehouse! We are looking for a positive, upbeat individual. We are seeking someone who wants to excel in their career, push boundaries, create new strategies, and work their way up! The potential for growth at ZLINE is limitless, so bring a dedicated and hungry attitude to get in on the ground floor. We enjoy watching your skill sets, education, personable skills, and computer literacy skills grow alongside ZLINE! 

Typical Job Duties: 

• Stock and organize snacks and drinks daily
• Keep a running list of office supplies needed monthly
• Manage bi-weekly snack and drink orders
• Run errands throughout the warehouse
• Maintain appearance of breakroom, training room and conference room
• Organize and declutter stockroom to maintain cleanliness and operational efficiency
• Keep warehouse areas clean, tidy, and free from unnecessary hazards to uphold health and safety

Requirements

• 8 week program
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Ability to multitask 
  
• Great organizational and follow-up skills
• Literacy with Mac OS computer systems
• Ability to be punctual, or even a few minutes early, for every shift

What You’ll Get:

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00pm with a 30-minute lunch

Compensation starts at $15 an hour

Pay dates are Monthly

Partnered with the TN Department of Labor and Workforce Development.
