We're searching for a dynamic individual who is driven, ambitious, and ready to grow personally and professionally within a busy luxury real estate team in Galveston, Texas!

Compensation:

$45,000 - $50,000

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Execution: Manage the administration of team growth strategies and marketing initiatives, transforming broad visions into tangible outcomes.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee logistical details to keep projects and the team on track, ensuring a high level of efficiency and organization.
  • Creative Collaboration: Be the bridge between vision and reality, working closely with every department to ensure our strategies are aligned and our objectives are met with creativity and efficiency.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee the coordination and execution of all operational tasks within the real estate team, including transaction management.
  • Listing Transactions: Coordinate transactions, schedule open houses, order signs and pictures, arrange photoshoots, and manage documentation from sellers.
  • Task Delegation: Delegate tasks to appropriate team members and ensure that they are completed efficiently and accurately. Provide guidance, support, and coordinate training to team members to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. Continuously evaluate workflows and procedures to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Support and Assistance: Provide support and assistance to all team members to ensure that tasks are completed effectively and in a timely manner. Assist agents in overcoming challenges, resolving issues, and achieving their goals.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with upper management to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive the success of the real estate team. Provide insights, recommendations, and solutions to improve operational effectiveness and achieve business objectives.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster open communication and collaboration among team members to facilitate seamless coordination and execution of tasks. Ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned on key priorities and initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Office Experience: Must have at least 5 years of office environment experience with excellent references. Previous Real Estate office experience is not required.
  • Effective Communicator: Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication and verbal communication.
  • Detail-Oriented: Your attention to detail ensures that every aspect of a project is accounted for and executed flawlessly.
  • Organizational Expert: Handle multiple tasks and deadlines with ease, bringing clarity and order to complex processes.
  • Team Collaborator: Excel in a team environment, keeping everyone informed, engaged, and motivated towards common goals.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate needs and navigate challenges effectively, ensuring smooth operations and team progress.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with modern technology is key; you should be comfortable using and quickly learning new software and computer systems to keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Education: Associate degree preferred but not required.
