We’re seeking an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team Leader to guide our dedicated team in providing exceptional, community-based mental health services.

 

Your Voyage: As the ACT Team Leader, you’ll navigate our team through the rewarding waters of mental health care. You will:

• Chart the course for treatment plans, ensuring they’re tailored to individual needs with precision and empathy.
• Captain a crew of skilled professionals, offering supervision, mentorship, and support.
• Explore innovative approaches to care, anchoring your practice in evidence-based methods.

We’re Searching For:

• A seasoned sailor with a master’s degree in psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Oregon, with a proven track record in leadership.
• Familiarity with ACT or similar treatment models, and a passion for community engagement.
