Account Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Spieler Insurance Group is a rapidly growing Independent Insurance Agency looking for a dedicated, detail and solution oriented team player that is able to multi-task. If you are looking for a career in personalized customer service and are a self-starter, this could be the job for you.

In the role of Account Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer service inquires, such as billing, coverage, and claims while interacting with several national carriers to ensure the best quality of insurance products for our existing and potential clients.  You will also be responsible for quoting and presenting new insurance opportunities to potential clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Listen to and resolve customer issues

· Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks

· Recognize sales opportunity and apply sales skills to upgrade customers

· Explain and position products and processes when interacting with customers

QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualified applicants should be willing to learn new products, processes and technology. Applicants should be positive, driven, and confident individuals that will represent the company and its customers professionally at all times. Experience in customer care, sales or phone based roles are a plus. Other job requirements are:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Excellent customer service skills

· Professional communication skills

· Must have the ability to learn customer service software applications

· Must be proficient with basic PC skills

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Show self-motivation and goal-orientation

· Work with minimal supervision

· Highly reliable

REQUIRED LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION:

· Have or obtain Property & Casualty, and Life & Health Insurance Licenses
