Salary Range: $92,000/yr-$113,000/yr
Shift: M-F - 8AM-5PM
Location: Palm Springs, CA
Job Duties for RN Case Manager:
- 2+ years' of experience
- Home Health experience is required
- Complete patient assessment, discharge plans, etc.
- Active California RN License, BLS/ACLS are required
