Packer

Prepare and set up packaging equipment and all materials for packaging line

Complete reporting as necessary including recording Lot Numbers

Operate and troubleshoot various packaging fillers and bag, cap, and box sealers

Stack product on pallets based on required standards

Operate stretch wrap equipment

Operate a forklift

Provide training and direction to Packing Operators on 1+ packaging lines simultaneously

Aid other employees and the manager in additional duties

High School Diploma or GED

(Preferred) 1 year of packaging experience

Lift and move up to 50lbs

Stand for long periods of time

Be able to see and hear well

Wear and maintain proper PPE including steel toed boots

Work in extreme temperatures

Be able to work in a fast paced environment

Have good reading and writing skills in English

Work well with others and individually

Be able to work overtime when required, including weekends and holidays
