Job Title: LPN - Long Term Care

Job Status: Full Time, Part Time, & Contingent Available

Required Skills:

• Provide direction, assessment, supervision, and evaluation of resident care
• Implement facility policies, procedures, and coordinate nursing activities with other services provided by members of the health care team
• Provide supervisory direction and development of all CNA's

Qualifications:

• LPN License
• BLS required
• ACLS preferred
• 2 - 3 years of experience in a health care setting preferred

Responsibilities:

• Direct and assess resident care, ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered
• Implement facility policies and procedures, coordinating nursing activities with other health care team members
• Provide supervisory direction and development for all Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's)
