SENIOR SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE
Monday - Friday
8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Saturdays as needed
$40,000 to $60,000 per year, DOE
JOB SUMMARY
A leader in used construction equipment sales is seeks a seasoned Senior Sales Development Representative. This role is ideal for professionals with several years of successful experience in sales development, ready to take on leadership and strategic responsibilities. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior SDRs, fostering a culture of learning and
  • development.
  • Handle complex sales cycles and manage key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of effective sales strategies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with broader company goals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience in Sales Development
  • Proven track record in sales, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Experience in construction equipment sales is preferred but not mandatory.
