We are currently seeking a Civil Site Engineer to help serve our connection of clients and community. Your Primary Responsibilities will include
- Collaborate with project teams to develop site plans and designs for various civil engineering projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations to assess project requirements.
- Design grading plans, stormwater management systems, and drainage solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards.
- Conduct and review land surveys to inform site design and construction.
- Assist in the layout and staking of construction elements on-site.
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and goals.
- Provide updates on project progress and address client concerns.
- Implement quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of project deliverables.
- Conduct inspections to verify compliance with design specifications.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Must also have obtained your Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in civil site engineering.
- Proficient in relevant engineering software and tools, including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and modeling software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work effectively in a team-oriented environment
