Join Cerebral Staffing, LLC on site at our client John Deere in Horicon, WI as a Product Verification, Validation, and Reliability Engineer!

Location: Horicon, WI

Duration of Role: 1+ years

Pay: $43.40 - $46.50 / hourly

Hours: 1st shift

Visa sponsorship is not available, now or in the near future, for this position.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Plan and coordinate testing and analysis work for design projects varying in complexity from component only to complete development programs of broad scope.

·        Operate in a team environment within PV&V (Product Verification and Validation) and the design community.

·        Develop and execute test or analysis plans for product verification and validation.

·        Help establish short and long-term objectives, goals, and priorities for the test lab.

REQUIRED:

·        Strong mechanical and or electrical aptitude

·        Strong problem-solving skills

·        Strong communication and organizational skills - to write clearly and concisely to document test procedures

·        Ability to lead and execute vehicle tests

·        Ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions and make recommendations

·        Ability to communicate within a cross functional team across multiple sites and drive results

·        MS Office experience

·        Willingness and ability to travel domestically to support field tests, etc.

·        Hands on skills and aptitude with mechanical, hydraulic and/or electrical systems.
