My Guy Inc, established in 2004, is a leader in providing and distributing a complete line of car and truck wash equipment, chemicals and supplies, with accounts in Minnesota and surrounding States. We service all types of car and truck washes, from self-serve to full-serve and everything in between.

In this role you will be responsible for chemical monitoring usage on a regular basis on all of our existing accounts. We prefer someone who enjoys the chemistry aspects of the job and someone who will provide great customer service.

We are looking for a candidate that is interested in pursuing a career in a trades field with the freedom of being out on the road and not tied to a desk. We are looking for someone who has a great attitude and strong work ethic. Including a willingness to learn, sound troubleshooting skills, someone who can work with a team, and ability for some overnight travel. Training will be provided. Candidate can be home based, with a preference of being within a 2-hour radius of Sherburn, MN.

JOB DUTIES

• Service existing customer chemical wash accounts, trouble-shoot cleaning issues, perform on-site titrations, perform usage analysis, and document each
• Manages time effectively and complete assigned tasks
• Assist in chemical customer satisfaction through regular customer visits on route
• Ability to adjust priorities according to specific customer need and urgency
• Provide technical chemical training for customers and inside sales professionals
• Assist Operations with delivery and route management
• Execute emergency deliveries and chemical related service

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-3 years related work experience within chemistry, lab, chemicals or car wash industry, preferred or willing to train
• General mechanical understanding and interests
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Maintain a professional appearance and a winning attitude is required
