Senior Tax Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of detailed Federal and multi-state tax filings for various entities such as individuals, trusts, estates, non-profit organizations, and pass-through entities
• Completing gift tax filings in compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines
• Forecasting quarterly and annual tax estimates to help clients plan their finances effectively
• Organizing and preserving tax documentation for easy access and reference during audits or inquiries
• Issuing concise information requests to gather necessary data for accurate tax filings
• Addressing Federal, state, and local tax inquiries promptly and efficiently
• Investigating complex Federal, state, and occasionally international tax concerns to provide accurate and well-informed advice to clients

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
• CPA certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience working with high-net-worth or Family Office clients is a plus.
• Familiarity with GoSystem Tax RS is a plus.
