Inside Sales Representative

Construction Materials Group is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative at our Salem Branch. This is a dual role position that will entail both inside sales as well as warehouse and loadout responsibilites.  If you have a passion for providing exceptional service and a keen interest in construction materials, we want to hear from you!  

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner

- Process sales orders and provide product information and recommendations

- Handle inquiries and resolve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed customer expectations

- Contribute to achieving sales targets and company objectives

- Load out customers using a forklift, hand cart, an other warehouse tools

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or construction-related field is a plus

- Ability to work in a warehouse environment

- Operate a forklift safely and effectively

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of construction materials and related products is desirable

- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems

-Clean Driving record for the past 3 years

-A pre-employment drug screen is required
