Accounts Payable Clerk

MINIMUM EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of related experience

ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills and data analysis
• Ability to demonstrate effective problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
• Proficient in basic mathematical skills
• Possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Possess strong organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• Must be able to work independently with limited direction
• Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, and able to prioritize and manage time and work projects effectively
