About who needs care: Severe dementia, requires extensive redirection, reassurance, and support. Will need assistance using restroom at times. Often experiences visual and auditory hallucinations. History of combativeness with cares, especially with family members or male caregivers, thus females are preferred. Looking for 2-3 times per week for a few hours so family can get away, do work on the farm. About the care needs: Female caregivers only. Experience with individuals with severe dementia preferred. Must be patient, kind, and able to provide redirection. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
