Director Quality and Performance Improvement

An exciting opportunity is now available for a Nurse Director Quality and Performance Improvement in a Western Washington Medical Center.The Nurse Director Quality and Performance Improvement will report to the Chief Nursing Officer, and will oversee a team of Infection Preventionists, Quality Improvement Specialists, data analysts and a peer review coordinators. The Nurse Director Quality and Patient Experience will develop metrics in quality and patient safety, ensure all policies and procedures are in compliance and acts as an expert resource for all hospital departments. The Nurse Director Quality and Patient Experience Services will be responsible for organizational improvements and quality measures for all aspects of the hospital and associated outpatient facilities.
