Hiring Onsite Intervention Specialist - Danville, OH

Position: Intervention Specialist Location: Danville, Ohio

Overview:
We're looking for a dedicated Intervention Specialist to join our team in Danville, Ohio. In this role, you'll provide specialized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they receive the individualized attention and resources necessary for success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Provide direct instruction and support tailored to the unique learning styles and abilities of each student.
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to facilitate inclusive classroom environments.
• Assess student progress regularly and adjust instructional strategies as needed to meet individual learning goals.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress towards IEP objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Valid Ohio teaching license with Intervention Specialist endorsement.
• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Dedication to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
