Night Shift Operations Manager

Semo Milling, LLC is seeking an experienced Night Shift Operations Manager to join our team!

This position is responsible for providing management, leadership, and training to night shift staff within the mill, load out, and packaging areas. This position directs subordinate production personnel to achieve production goals and quality specifications in a safe and sustainable manner.

CANDIDATES MUST BE WILLING TO WORK A DEDICATED NIGHT SHIFT.

Related Experience Requirements:

• Previous production experience
• 4+ years of supervisory or management experience
• Superior mechanical aptitude
• Basic electrical knowledge
• Familiarity with automated process controls
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Team oriented
• Preferred: Milling experience
• Willing to obtain Class A CDL at company's expense
