A 16-year-old Florida-based Staffing Agency in a major growth phase is looking for a HYBRID Recruiter & Business Development Specialist in beautiful Post Falls, Idaho!
This person will serve as the On-Site Sales & Staffing Representative for our Post Falls and Coeur D’Alene Light Industrial clients. We’re looking for someone with an empathetic and proactive customer service style to recruit & onboard temp-to-perm workers, find & sign new local clients and further develop our Idaho relationships with exceptional in-person service.
Previous Recruiting or Business Development experience NOT required!
We’re looking for a big personality, someone who can strike up a conversation with anyone. This job is perfect for someone with 3+ years’ experience in:

JOB DUTIES:
- On-Site Employee Management
- Sourcing New Leads for Potential Clients
- In-Person Sales Calls, Scheduled & Unscheduled
- Account Management, Main Point-of-Contact for Clients
- Sourcing Recruiting & Placing Candidates on Assignment
- Organizing and Hosting Job Fairs
- Assist New Hires with Onboarding Paperwork & Background Screening
- Schedule Interviews, Lead Orientations
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to update client, candidate and assignment information
- Communicate with offices regarding client hiring requirements and onboarding needs
- Communicate all relevant information to employees & job applicants
- Maintain personnel records, in compliance with HR regulations per Client
- Enforce company policies, rules & regulations
- Other Job Duties As Assigned
