Escrow Assistant

We are looking for an Escrow Assistant responsible for providing support to the Escrow department by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings.

Your specific duties will include:

• Performing a wide range of administrative duties to gather information and assist in the escrow process.
• Opening orders, inputting closing statement information, preparing documents for closing, and handling the complete disbursement and follow-up of all escrow transactions.
• Communicating requirements and other information to clients.
• Interpreting various agreements as they relate to closing and preparing all documents required for transactions.

Specific qualifications for the position include: 

• 2+ years experience in an escrow-related experience.
• Customer service skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office suite.
• Knowledge of company and/or client operating systems.
• Completed High School (Diploma or GED).

Pay Rate Range:  $24.86 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
