SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR QUALITY SUPERVISOR 5.1 Minimum Qualifications: 5.1.1 Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive, productive, problemsolving and high-performance work teams. Ability to communicate effectively with and direct work of respective teams. 5.1.2 Displays good judgment in the face of changing priorities and multiple problems. Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation are required. of 4 5.1.3 Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook 5.1.4 Must work well under pressure in a very fast-paced environment 5.1.5 Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Sanitation, Food Safety, SQF, BRC and HACCP principles. 5.1.6 Ability to follow all Sanitation and Quality Policies and Procedures, and report and follow through on any deficiencies. 5.1.7 English and Spanish bilingualism 5.1.8 Simple math, writing, and computer skills. Standing, sitting, and walking during 8–12-hour workdays. 5.1.9 Lifting and carrying 25-50 lb boxes. 5.1.10 Must be capable of following complex procedures. 5.1.11 Able to obtain SQF practitioner within 6 months of employment.
