Therapist - Now Hiring

We are seeking to hire an experienced and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to provide mental health care for children and adolescents aged 10-17.

Responsibilities:

Walk alongside our youth during their mental health journey and advocate for them by connecting them with the resources they need to accomplish their treatment goals.

• Provide evidence-based services to help youth meet their goals
• Work with a professional, multi-disciplinary team to coordinate and collaborate on services.
• Conduct individual, family and group therapy.
• Communicate and document services, care, and treatment.
• Complete assessments and regularly evaluate effectiveness and outcomes of techniques.

Starting Wage: Base annual salary of $60,000 + DOE

Qualifications:

The successful applicant must:

• Be eligible to be licensed in Counseling or Social Work in North Dakota
• Have or be working towards a master's or doctorate degree
  • Including master's Level Addiction Counselors if eligible to be dually licensed
• Have an insurable driving record to be able to drive agency vehicles.
• Pass a thorough background check, including criminal, abuse, and motor vehicle
