Shipping / Receiving Coordinator - Anoka

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential duties and responsibilities of this job are included but not limited to this job description – other tasks may be assigned and expected to be performed.

• Inspect and process inbound shipments, verify count of incoming materials with packing list, rejecting damaged items, recording discrepancies on the packing list
• Prepare product for shipment, utilize shipping software system to track and ship packages
• Manages returned product including: inbound inspections, notifications, processing of credits, moving product to the appropriate location and logging information in access and IQS
• Verifies dates on pre-shippers throughout the day ensuring orders are picked and processed by due date
• Maintains and organizes inventory of shipping materials and supplies
• Operates forklift to move product to proper storage area
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies
• Helps in other departments throughout the warehouse as needed

• Must have a minimum of 2 years warehouse experience in shipping/receiving, inventory management or order fulfillment
• Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of changing situations
• General knowledge in using key Microsoft Office programs – Word, Excel, Access
• Experience in using an assortment of shipping software programs
• Some weekend work is required
• Must be able to drive a forklift
