Overview
The objective of this internship is to assess organizational roles, enhance skills through upskilling initiatives, and support various organizational learning and development projects. The HR intern will collaborate with stakeholders to gather data, define learning objectives, and formulate strategies for role evaluation, skills enhancement, and program implementation.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities to be Performed:
- Participate in special HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Conduct a comprehensive review and analysis of organizational strategies, including goals, missions, and objectives.
- Identify and assess key roles critical for organizational success, focusing on those influencing decision-making, financial performance, and operational continuity.
- Define and refine the competencies, skills, and qualifications required for critical roles within the organization.
- Evaluate potential risks and challenges associated with organizational strategies and initiatives.
- Foster innovation by generating and implementing new ideas to address organizational needs and challenges.
- Cultivate relationships and network with high-level stakeholders and leaders to enhance organizational collaboration and effectiveness.
- Collaborate on the development and implementation of programs and solutions aimed at enhancing organizational performance and processes, including the management of reports, dashboards, and metrics to measure efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a related field such as Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, or Law (MLIR, MSHR, MBA, or JD).
- Minimum GPA of 3.2.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and demonstrate leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
