QIDP is responsible for the overall programming needs of the client, quality assurance of services, and meeting ICF-ID Federal Regulation requirements.
Intermediate Care Facility (ICF-ID) Location will include 6-8 Residents
Duties Include:
- Initial Assessment / Intakes of participants with intellectual disabilities
- Development of IPP
- Program Writing (Behavioral and ADL)
- Medication Consent Management
- Participate in monthly Quality Assurance Meetings
- Monitor, train and develop staff.

1. Bachelor's degree in professional category as specified in federal regulations.
2. Two or more years of Direct Service experience.
