• Foster positive relationships with colleagues, administrators, and munity partners to support the overall success of the pre-K program and promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• North Carolina teaching license or eligibility for licensure in early childhood education (birth through kindergarten).
• Prior experience working with young children in a pre-K or early childhood education setting.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
• Excellent munication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Dedication to fostering a love of learning, promoting social-emotional development, and supporting the unique needs of each child.
