Job Title: Inpatient Pharmacist
Location:Northeastern Pennsylvania
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: 7on 7off night shift schedule
Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient and safe medication dispensing.
• Utilize pharmacokinetic principles to optimize drug therapy.
• Collaborate closely with physicians to provide medication consultation and remendations.
• Provide coverage for the Critical Care unit, leveraging prior CCU experience to deliver exceptional care.

Requirements:

• Active PA pharmacist license.
• Minimum of 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience.
• Strong munication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
