Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator II, in collaboration with team members and leadership, supports the sales strategy and sales enrollment initiatives to ensure annual sales goals are successfully achieved.
Essential Functions:
- Work with Leadership to provide support for the internal systems tracking of sales and commissions
- Manage daily onboarding of agents including validation of completion of required trainings, licenses are current and active, and agents are appointed using the appropriate systems and defined processes
- Coordinate commissions of agents by working with IT, Payroll, and Accounting departments as needed
- Manage the Agent Appointment database for brokered agents
- Work with Leadership to administer the SAP Workflow and ICM systems in all aspects of brokered agent onboarding and commission tracking and payments
- Identify opportunities for processes and process improvements
- Create and document standard operating procedures for all job functions
- Act as primary point of contact for broker questions relating to members, commissions, appointments, and material ordering with one call resolution goal
- Perform any other job duties as requested
Education and Experience:
- Associates degree in business administration, communications, marketing or related field or equivalent years of relevant experience is required
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service, preferably in the sales and marketing industry, is required
- Exchange, Medicare, and Medicaid Managed Care or Commercial Health Insurance experience is preferred
Competencies, Knowledge and Skills:
- Execute effective use of CRM system
- Proficient in in Microsoft Suite, to include Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Maintain regulatory knowledge for compliance to state regulatory insurance, CMS, and CareSource requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Maintain state and federal regulatory knowledge for compliance
- Able to work independently and within a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with high level of professionalism
- Effective problem solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective listening and critical thinking skills
- Ability to develop, prioritize and accomplish goals

Compensation Range:
$45,600.00 - $73,000.00 CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate's education, training, and experience as well as the position's scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level.
