Job Title: Personal Trainer - Industrial Setting (Full-time)
Shift: Monday-Thursday 10 hour shifts

Position Overview: We're seeking a personable, dynamic Personal Trainer capable of quickly developing programs and fostering a vibrant and engaging fitness experience for our industrial athletes. Working on-site offers the rewarding opportunity to positively impact an athlete's job performance and change lives. Collaboration with our team of medical and rehab professionals is encouraged.
Requirements:
- Availability for a 10-hour shift, Monday-Thursday, between 7 am and 6 pm
- Steel-toed safety shoes, hard hats, eye, and ear protection may be required in designated areas on-site
- Physical ability to lift 30-50 lbs occasionally, reach overhead, stand, walk, grasp, stoop, bend forward, and engage in occasional keyboard work
Responsibilities:
- Develop one-on-one personal training programs
- Create group personal training programs
- Lead group fitness classes
- Create interactive initiatives to foster a love of fitness and health
Qualifications:
- Active personal training certificate/license and CPR/BLS certification
- Experience in spontaneously creating one-on-one and group personal training programs
- Experience leading group fitness classes
