Job Description:

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our healthcare team in Minnesota. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care at various facilities across the city. This is a permanent day-shift position, ensuring a healthy work-life balance for our valued nursing professionals.

  • 0.8 FTE 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards of practice.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and implement appropriate interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
  • Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and patient-centered care.
  • Provide patient and family education on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care.
  • Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Ensure BLS, ACLS, and CPR certifications are current.

Qualifications/Education:

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license in the state of Minnesota.
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and CPR certifications.
  • Prior nursing experience is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Flexibility to work in different healthcare facilities within the area.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
