Job Type: Full Time or Part-time

Salary: $17.00 per hour

What You'll Do:

• All associates are expected to become experts of the brand's selling behaviors, leveraging these behaviors with every customer who walks through our doors and allowing us to provide a premium customer experience.
• Acknowledge and assist customers; locate merchandise efficiently using various methods; answer questions quickly and accurately
• Offer suggestions to the customer, utilizing wants and product knowledge for inspiration.
• Promote loyalty by educating and enrolling customers in our loyalty program
• Support sales floor goals, check out, and back of house processes, as required
• Be courteous and responsive to internal/external requests
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Contribute to a positive team culture by supporting your colleagues

Who You Are:

• Good communicator with the ability to utilize technology effectively and engage with customers and your team to meet goals
• Worked in retail for 6 months to 1 year past experience
• Problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement, who is always learning, open to feedback and takes action as required
• Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues/concerns courteously and professionally
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems
• Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on- the-job training and online training
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You must be a minimum of 18 years old.
