We are presently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for our Plover Pointe Manor Community who will perform basic repairs, general grounds and lawn maintenance to homes owned by the community.

Responsibilities:

• Performs assigned work orders, as well as preventative maintenance on the property.
• Completes the “make-ready” process to prepare vacant units for leasing and new move-ins.
• Assists in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash and debris.
• Documents work orders in a timely, accurate, and complete fashion to ensure proper tracking.
• Maintains proper inventory of materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and other items.
• Ensures to consistently provide a high level of customer service to tenants, vendors and staff.
• Remains available for “on-call” duties as needed.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC, and carpentry is a plus.
• Valid operator’s license.
• Ability to lift or to move up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stretch, twist, walk continuously, and access restricted spaces.
• Ability to tolerate exposure to various chemical compounds
