Founded in 2008, we have operations in four states with 7,000 multi-family units and over $1.5B of assets under management. We seek an experienced professional to join our team as an Application Support Associate. As a corporate team member, this role will collaborate with leadership, marketing, training, regional leaders, and onsite team members as needed. The Application Support Associate will be responsible for day-to-day support and project implementation of Roundhouse Communities' property management and technology systems and will also serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues, including but not limited to printers, computers, and associated peripherals, both internally and with external vendors. The ideal candidate will think strategically and identify improvements in the applications or processes to ensure Roundhouse Communities implements the best solutions that support all team members. This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Operations and is based in Boise, Idaho.


Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the entire Roundhouse Software Suite (including Yardi Voyager, CRM, etc.):
  • Continuously evaluate that our software suite is competitive in the marketplace – including functionality and cost effectiveness.
  • Serve as Level Two Help Desk Support, providing timely responses to employees needing assistance.
  • Implement new software including initial configuration, testing, and communication to employees.
  • Offboard software products as needed, including managing communication to employees.
  • Ensure that all aspects of the system are functioning properly for a seamless resident/employee experience.
  • Prepare training sessions to ensure that software is being used appropriately and to its maximum functionality.
  • Communicate with Leadership on Software changes you feel would be beneficial for Roundhouse.
  • Review vendor billings to ensure accuracy and that pricing is competitive.
  • Assist in the onboarding process by providing login credentials and computer set up for new employees.
  • Manage Software/IT related Consultants and Vendors (i.e. Ergos/Gelb/Fishers, etc.):
  • Work closely with consultants/vendors to ensure their services are accretive to the Roundhouse Platform.
  • Manage consultants/vendors to ensure they are completing work in a timely/cost efficient manner.
  • Evaluate if the consultants/vendors we are currently using are the best fit for Roundhouse's needs.
  • Communicate with Leadership on consultant/vendor modifications you believe would be beneficial.
  • Onboard/Offboard consultants/vendors as needed.

Requirements:
  • Previous Yardi Voyager experience required.
  • Previous Multi-Family housing experience preferred.
  • Must have strong, active listening skills.
  • Must have strong customer service skills, specifically as it relates to communicating with employees with software issues and helping solve their problems.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have strong attention to detail when communicating with end users (verbal & written).
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, open-ended tasks, and an entrepreneurial atmosphere.
  • Intellectually curious with the goal of continuous improvement.
