What You'll Do:

  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and exceptional service, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate building materials solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings and stay up-to-date on industry trends, enabling you to provide expert guidance and advice to customers.
  • Order Management: Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.



Requirements:
