Customer Service Representative

Description:

Answers calls from customers and records interview information into computer for customer service by performing the following duties.

• Talks with customers by phone and receives orders for parts or repair of parts, or change in service;

• Quotes prices and lead time;

• Performs data entry of customer information using the SAP Software system;

• Fills out forms, determines charges for service requested, and prepares change of address records;

• Adjusts complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation;

• Completes special projects as directed by Management.

Skills & Qualifications:

Must Haves:

- 3+ years of related experience or training in customer service within C&IP Industry (Manufacturing Industry Preferred)

- Order Entry or Data Entry Skills

- Microsoft Office Skills

- SAP (Highly preferred)

Nice Haves:

- Associates Degree

- Experience within the manufacturing space
