Job Description
1:1 Registered Nurse (RN) - School District
Are you a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse seeking a meaningful opportunity in the field of education? Our school district in Celina, Ohio is currently seeking a 1:1 RN to join our team for the remainder of the current school year, with the possibility of continued employment for the uping school year (2024/2025).
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 nursing support to an elementary student
- Assist with tube flushing as needed
- Administer in-depth breathing treatments when required
- Monitor and assess the student's health needs throughout the school day
- Collaborate with school staff and healthcare professionals to ensure the student's well-being and academic success
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 3:45/4:00 PM (approximately)
- The nurse is expected to acpany the student on the bus to and from school daily.
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio
- Experience working with pediatric patients preferred
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
