We are looking for a global leader to manage our growing team of Security Solutions Architects (SSAs) and Chief Technical Security Officers (CTSOs). Qualys Solutions Architects are the trusted advisors to our customers, providing valuable insights and education on asset and vulnerability management, patching, threat detection & response, compliance, and cloud and application security by leveraging the world-class Qualys TruRisk Platform. CTSOs are former security executives who help align customers' strategies with the capabilities of the Qualys TruRisk Platform and evangelize Qualys within their assigned regions. You and your team will partner with the field sellers (Technical Account Managers or TAMs) within the Enterprise, SME, and SMB customer segments to achieve local and corporate growth ambitions by providing technical expertise for the Qualys TruRisk Platform.

What you will be doing:

Leadership: Recruit experienced leaders, attract high-potential individual contributors, retain and grow talent, and encourage and inspire continuous learning and customer and business impact from the team.

Execution: Drive results from the team aligned with the executive growth strategy for the year. Ensure consistent, repeatable engagements and operational excellence to maximize results.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with the sales, marketing, product, engineering, customer support, and executive teams to build a world class customers solutions organization.

Product Knowledge: Become a product champion and use this knowledge to guide our engagement methodology and customers towards their desired outcomes. Provide company-wide leadership regarding the adoption and consumption of Qualys products and ensure that the organization has the proper metrics to measure success in this area.

Growth: Grow revenue by leveraging the team to drive for the technical win across all sales engagements and uncover new opportunities through participation in marketing/industry events and structured workshops with existing customers to show them the art of the possible with Qualys.

Required skills and experience:

  • Proven track record managing high performing teams of solutions architects, sales engineers, subject matter experts, or similar customer-facing technical teams

  • Experience leading a globally dispersed customer-facing organization of significant size.

  • Experience building out both an enterprise, high touch, technical sales motion AND an approach to reach down market customers and support our sellers covering customers with less than 5,000 employees.

  • Demonstrated past results and success balancing strategic transformation initiatives and achieving near-term results.

  • Ability to travel for work as needed (up to 50%).
