• Pay rate: $15.00 per hour
First shift floater: Mon, Wed, and Sat. 8:30 am to 4:30 pm / First shift regular: Mon, Tues , Fri, Sat. and Sun 7:30 am to 3:30 pm

• Make a difference by providing exceptional customer service to patients and hospital staff.
 
What’s a typical day as a Call Center Representative? You’ll be:
• Directing patient and hospital calls to the appropriate departments.
• Answering general questions and providing information to callers.
• Listening to customer concerns and solving problems.
• Handling inbound and outbound phone conversations with clients.
• Responding appropriately to a variety of customers with different issues and queries.
• Demonstrating exceptional active listening and verbal communication skills.
• Retaining knowledge of hospital services and procedures.
• Maintaining attention to detail and organization.
• Remaining calm under pressure and working at a fast pace.
 
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
