QA Tech - Full-time / Part-time

Our client, a medical company specializing in reducing medication errors and prevention of healthcare associated infections is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician  to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the assembly team. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with measurement equipment, basic understanding of GMP's and the ability to perform inspections which will align successfully in the organization.

 

Job Title: Tech 2, Quality Assurance

Location: Zelienople, Pa

Pay Range: $20.50

What’s the Job?

Working close with the assembly team to ensure all QA needs are met
Ensure Compliance of purchased parts delivered to service
Utilize basic measurement tools to inspect parts
Perform inspections, checks and follow sampling procedures according to the applicable instructions on products having been delivered by suppliers before use in production
Process all appropriate paperwork for inspection operations
Accept or Reject products as defined in the inspection instruction/ checklist
 What’s Needed?

Prior manufacturing experience is required
Associate Degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, etc.
Operate to the requirements of FDA 21 CFR Part 820 and ISO 13485
Familiar with a variety of measurement equipment
Basic understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality System Regulations (QSR)
