Customer Experience Specialist
Cameron, WI
The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers. This includes handling inbound and outbound calls, cold calling, in person interactions assisting with service, product, and fiber expansion inquiries and sales, account and service adjustments, and all data entry for service-related needs. Critical for success are strong verbal and written communication skills as well as proficient multi-program computer navigation, attention to detail, and the ability to act as a positive role model.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Some of your duties may include:
- Addressing customer inquiries both in person and over the phone via a call queue.
- Creating service orders and coordinating completion with appropriate departments
- Performing administrative and cash handling duties
- Processing daily cash receipts and checking entries for accuracy.
You’ll also need to be able to:
- Continuously communicate with customers and co-workers
- Continuously work on computer-based programs
- Continuously see, hear, and listen

- High school diploma or equivalent plus 1-3 years of retail, sales, customer service, or related experience
- Professionalism, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond to provide the best customer experience

- Listen to customer concerns, answer customer questions, and provide information in an exciting and professional manner
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry of customer contact, accounts updates, problem resolution, and/or documents
