As a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Sales Agent, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives by providing them with the best insurance solutions tailored to their needs.

Base salary of $50,000 - $70,000 + Commission Opportunity

Responsibilities
  • Sell Personal Lines Insurance policies to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and recommending appropriate insurance coverage.
  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and assisting with any policy changes or updates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, changes in insurance regulations, and new product offerings.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the agency.

Requirements
  • Active Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty Insurance License
  • Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently.
  • Familiarity with Insurance software & products.
  • Ability to meet sales goals.
