Construction Administrator - Tomah

As part of our efforts to provide exceptional service, LRS Federal is looking to bring on board a Construction Administrator to assist our government client, the Department of Veterans Affairs, in administration of their construction program.  

Job Description:

• Acts as a liaison and coordinates administrative activities between government client, construction contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and other parties including regulatory and municipal/state agencies.
• Monitors construction for quality assurance in relationship to construction documents.
• Establishes and maintains basic project control logs.
• Reviews and enters data such as schedule and cost information.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).

Experience & Education/Certification:

• Bachelor Degree preferred; however 10 years of directly related professional experience will be considered
• 5 years of professional experience in construction administration
