The Role:

As a Breakfast Supervisor, you’re not just overseeing the morning dining experience; you're coordinating a breakfast experinece that leaves our guests with cherished memories long after their plates are cleared. Your role extends beyond the dining room, encompassing a range of tasks vital to the seamless operation of our breakfast service.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the coordinator of our breakfast team, seamlessly assisting with various kitchen and restaurant tasks to ensure a flawless morning service.
• Welcome guests with genuine warmth and hospitality, setting the tone for a memorable dining experience.
• Foster effective communication within the restaurant and banquets team to maintain a smooth flow of service throughout breakfast service.
• Ensure all opening and closing duties are complete daily by the morning staff, maintaining a well-prepared and organized environment for each day's service.
• Maintain all cleanliness standards set by the NC Department of Health, upholding our commitment to health and safety for both guests and staff.
• Minimize waste and maintain hotel forecasted costs for breakfast, contributing to efficient operations and cost control.
• Control quality and consistency of all food served, ensuring every dish meets our high standards.
• Ensure breakfast and banquet setups are ready for service 15 minutes prior to service, allowing for a smooth start to each event.
• Learn all menu items produced for the buffet and made-to-order Embassy Suites breakfast and assist culinary as needed, demonstrating your dedication to understanding our offerings.

• Previous experience as a Server, especially during breakfast service, is required.
