Job Summary:
Village Caregiving - Bowling Green is looking for a Part Time In Home Caregiver to join our team of professional home caregivers in Russellville, KY and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing compassionate, individual care in a home setting as well as a basic level of knowledge regarding medical terminology and care procedures.

Compensation & Benefits:
The base pay rate for this position will be competitively commensurate with experience and industry standards. Benefits for this part time position will include paid time off, health, life, and disability insurance.

Responsibilities:
The In Home Caregiver will be responsible for providing professional, compassionate, individual patient care in the home setting. The Caregiver will be responsible for providing support to individuals with physical, mental, and emotional needs. The Caregiver will work collaboratively with other care team members and will be responsible for tasks such as preparing and delivering meals, providing basic personal care, providing transportation, household maintenance, and providing patient education.

Requirements:
• Must be a certified Nurse Aide or Home Health Aide in the state of Kentucky
• Must have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
• Must possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Must have a high level of experience and knowledge about medical terminology and care procedures
• Must have a basic understanding of the care and assistance needed to provide quality healthcare
• Must be capable of working in a collaborative environment and have the ability to take initiative
• Must have the ability to clearly and effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
• Must possess a valid CPR certification
